- Knowlegde of basic concepts of Recruitment, Industry mapping and Research.
- Handle end to end recruitment.
- Developing job descriptions and posting job openings for various job profile.
- Responsible for managing the recruitment process for the Clients on all the assigned requirements.
- Source candidates through different job portals i.e. Naukri, Shine & LinkedIn.
- Screening candidates to meet the requirements of the company.
- Coordinating with candidates for interviews and taking individual feedback.
- Sharing the feedback to all the candidates.
- Ensure scheduling of interviews within the timelines.
- Following up on the interview process.
- Follow up with candidates till joining.
- Maintaining database for all the candidates
