B & S Group WALK IN Drive – Roles & Responsibilities For Purchase Executive
- Purchase of specials obtain & unlicensed medication.
- Monitoring stock levels.
- Chasing deliveries from suppliers, customers and carrying out all related tasks & communicate information to all related teams.
- Using weekly stock and order reports for stock with less than 2 weeks stock at the start of each week.
- Initial supplier communications on deliveries, pricing and any other order related
- queries.
- Sending & Chasing up orders and inquiries with suppliers.
- Report the action taken by the end of each week and communicate with the reporting manager.
