| Trainee Enrollment & Follow-Up: Manage the enrollment of trainees in the online course and maintain ongoing communication with ITIs to track course completion. Course Module Completion: Ensure that trainees complete the required course modules within the designated timeframe. Collaborate with teams to devise strategies to minimize inactivity and enhance course engagement. Query Resolution: Assist trainees in addressing and resolving any queries or challenges they encounter regarding the BMS course. Document all inquiries and responses for future reference. Coordination with ITI Administration: Work closely with ITI administration and Single Points of Contact (SPOCs) to promote course adoption, address concerns, and provide necessary support. Communication & Reporting: Create effective communication channels to ensure timely updates. Share daily progress reports with stakeholders and keep SPOCs informed of any developments. Orientation & Visits: Update SPOCs and principals on the orientation program. Conduct visits to ITIs to monitor progress, offer support, and ensure smooth implementation. | |||||
