- Handling customer & merchant calls.
- Handling calls related to quires, survey and feedback.
- Handling enquiry and service calls.
- Have to resolve customer queries over Email and Calls.

- Technical Troubleshooting: Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to software applications, hardware devices, networking, and operating systems.
- Problem Solving: Analytical mindset and the ability to methodically troubleshoot problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Communication Skills: Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts in an understandable manner to non-technical users.
