• Test Planning: Collaborating with the development team and stakeholders to create a test plan that outlines the scope, objectives, and testing approach for the project.
• Test Case Design: Creating detailed test cases based on requirements and specifications to ensure that all aspects of the software or hardware are thoroughly tested.
• Test Execution: Executing test cases, either manually or through automated testing tools, to validate the functionality and performance of the product.
• Defect Identification and Reporting: Identifying and documenting defects or issues found during testing, including clear steps to reproduce them.
• Regression Testing: Conducting regression tests to ensure that new changes or fixes do not introduce new defects into the system.
• Test Automation: Developing and maintaining automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Performance Testing: Conducting performance testing to evaluate how the software or hardware performs under various conditions and to identify potential bottlenecks.
