• Support management of the end-to-end production process of research products; ensure product quality is appropriate per service level agreements (SLAs) and the workflow is properly managed in accordance with defined operational processes
• Participate in Quality Assurance (QA) testing and documentation of all QA/UAT scripts, training materials, QRC’s and release notes for every CMS release
• Work with global MIS Research teams in supporting high quality research products, including
• receiving, reviewing and analysing test results & data and other reports as well as coordinating responses on data investigation/issues as necessary
• Support creation of management presentations and deliver reports or analysis on ad-hoc basis

• Basic understanding on any of the cloud technology platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP / OCI)
• Basic understanding on any of the SDWAN technology (Silver peak preferred)
• Knowledge/experience on network device administration (Cisco, HP, Aruba)
• Knowledge on working with International WAN Service providers for coordination and follow-ups on the WAN outages,
• Detailed, oriented with excellent communication skills (written & oral) particularly the ability to communicate with staff who are not technically trained.
