MasterCard off Campus Drive – Roles & Responsibilities For Senior Specialist, Product/Data Analytics
- Create and package manual and automated reports for various stakeholders via Tableau dashboards, Excel and PowerPoint
- Analyze and interprets data to understand and identify trends and anomalies
- Identify traffic and conversion trends, abandonment issues and opportunities for improving conversion
- Dive into more findings and problem solving from reporting as needed
- Review and analyze customer feedback data, user behavior data, and customer data
- Handle ad hoc data pulls and analysis for various stakeholders
- Work closely with Product Manager and stakeholder groups to document analytics requirements for new product feature and enhancements
- Collaborate with Product Owner and Engineering team to translate business requirements into technical/data fields requirements

MasterCard off Campus Drive- Skills Required For Senior Specialist, Product/Data Analytics
- 3-5 years related work experience, preferably in financial services
- Experience in product management, product development, and project management nice to have
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, planning and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage work on several projects concurrently
- Strong analytical skills
- SQL experience is required
- Experience with web analytics tool preferred (i.e. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc…)
- Experience with data visualization tools is required (i.e. Tableau, Domo, etc…)
