  • Understanding Job Requirements: You need to work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand the specific technical skills, experience, and qualifications needed for each IT role.
  • Screening and Qualifying Candidates: Review resumes and applications to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and experience. Conduct preliminary interviews to gauge candidates’ technical expertise, communication skills, and cultural fit within the organization.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals to find potential candidates. Additionally, you may also actively search for passive candidates who are not actively looking for jobs.
  • Negotiating Offers: Work with hiring managers to determine appropriate compensation packages for selected candidates. Negotiate salary, benefits, start dates, and other terms of employment with candidates.
  • Managing the Recruitment Process: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Provide feedback and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Manage candidate pipelines and keep track of recruitment metrics.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies. This includes maintaining accurate records, handling sensitive information confidentially, and adhering to equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines.
  • Building Talent Pipelines: Continuously build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the job market to anticipate future staffing requirements.
