A Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1- 3 years of experience in a similar CRM role.
Have worked in a B2C environment.
Proficiency in retention and conversion tools, campaign management, and project oversight.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
