- Internal & External Audit handling
- Visit at partner location to do process audits and training
- Identifying internal activities as per IRDA guidelines and outsourced or Automate the same
- Manage in-house and outsource partner team
- New partner on-boarding and evaluation
- Knowledge of vendors agreements and IRDA circulars
- Team Budging and Goal setting
- Good knowledge of Insurance & Operation
- Good knowledge of excel and power point to do presentation on Vendor Management process
