- MIS dashboards, Finance reporting, preparing cost provision & forecasting reports on a monthly basis.
- Manpower planning: HR support to business holders to translate Business plans into
- Exit process Managing entire exit process, taking exit interviews and timely reporting of the exit
- Compliance and Vendor Management – Responsible & own delivery of key compliance items like background verifications. Flag the risk cases with the respective stakeholders so timely appropriate actions can be taken
- Performance Management System Preparing merit files, sharing it with stakeholders, working closely with business on closure of merits within given timelines. Upload of increment letters on portal.
