- Required service level agreements (SLAs) for quality and productivity are met.
- Call outcomes and analysis are clearly updated in the billing system.
- Established policies and procedures (P&Ps) are followed, and updates are regularly reviewed.
- Performance is improved based on feedback from the reporting manager or quality audits.
