What you will be doing as Customer Care Executive?
- Customer Assistance: Interacting with customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person to address their inquiries, concerns, or issues. Providing prompt and accurate information, guiding customers through the resolution process, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Problem Resolution: Actively listening to customers to understand their needs and concerns. Analyzing the situation, identifying the root cause of the issue, and finding appropriate solutions to resolve customer problems effectively and efficiently.
- Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company. Being knowledgeable about their features, benefits, pricing, and any updates or changes. This enables you to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
- Order Processing: Assisting customers with placing orders, processing payments, and tracking shipments. Ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment and addressing any related inquiries or issues.
- Complaint Handling: Handling customer complaints or escalations in a professional and empathetic manner. Investigating the issue, liaising with relevant departments or teams, and providing appropriate solutions or compensation as necessary to resolve the complaint to the customer’s satisfaction.
