From November 11 to November 19, 2023, all Meesho employees will be granted a well-deserved nine-day respite to unwind, engage in festivities, and focus on their mental health.
The decision to implement this break follows the success of the ‘Meesho Mega Blockbuster Sale,’ a recent highlight for the company. Ashish Kumar Singh, the chief human resources officer at Meesho, highlighted the positive impact of the Reset and Recharge break on employees’ mental well-being, noting a noticeable surge in enthusiasm and joy upon their return to work. Singh emphasized the role of such initiatives in enabling Meesho employees to perform at their best.
In addition to the Reset and Recharge break, Meesho recently revamped its parental policies to provide comprehensive support for employees navigating the journey into parenthood. These updated policies include extended leave for the primary caregiver, surpassing the industry standard, and provisions for unforeseen circumstances and health issues. Meesho’s equitable performance evaluations and smooth reintegration process further underline the company’s dedication to employee well-being.
