What You Will Be Doing As Assistant Manager – System Ops?

  • System Monitoring and Maintenance: You will be responsible for monitoring the company’s systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure. This involves regularly checking system performance, identifying and resolving any issues or errors, and ensuring that systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Incident Management: You will play a crucial role in handling system incidents and outages. This includes promptly responding to incidents, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve issues, and minimizing downtime to minimize the impact on operations. You will be responsible for managing and escalating incidents as necessary and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Process Improvement: As an Assistant Manager, you will continuously evaluate existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, automate manual tasks, and enhance operational efficiency. By identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements, you will contribute to maximizing productivity and reducing costs.
