What You Will Be Doing As Intern

• Analyze financials statements of target companies
• Prepare teasers for opportunities under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and other stressed assets
• Identify potential investors for the stressed assets and reach out to the investors through PwC network or through other channels including cold calling
• Reach out to Resolution Professional (RP) and its team to understand assets in details and coordinate with the RP and its team
• Assist the team in helping the RP for end-to-end RP advisory services under CIRP Technical Competencies:
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and MS excel
• Understanding of Financial Statements, ratio analysis, etc.

• Collaborating and Communication: Associates are expected to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders. This includes participating in meetings, brainstorming sessions, or client interactions, and providing clear and concise updates on project progress.
• Problem-solving and Decision-making: As an associate, you may be involved in solving complex problems or making recommendations based on the information and analysis you gather. This requires critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to provide logical and well-supported solutions.
• Documentation and Reporting: Associates often play a role in documenting project details, maintaining records, and preparing reports. This involves organizing and summarizing information, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and presenting findings in a clear and professional manner.
