What You Will Be Doing As Non-Voice Process?

  • Email Correspondence: You will be responsible for responding to customer queries and providing assistance via email. This includes addressing customer concerns, providing product/service information, resolving issues, and ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Chat Support: You will engage in live chat interactions with customers, providing real-time assistance and support. This may involve answering product-related questions, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding customers through various processes.
  • Social Media Management: You will monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback received through social media platforms. This includes addressing comments, messages, and mentions on social media, and providing prompt and helpful responses to maintain positive customer engagement.
  • Data Entry and Documentation: You will accurately enter and update customer information, inquiries, and interactions in the system. This involves maintaining proper documentation of customer interactions, ensuring data integrity, and generating reports as required.
