The inauguration ceremony was graced by the presence of the Honorable Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami. This move aligns with Hexaware’s revamped business strategy, which was unveiled last year, focusing on establishing centers in smaller cities brimming with potential and a talented workforce.
The selection of Dehradun as the site for this expansion is attributed to several key factors. Its close proximity to major metropolitan centers, robust air and road connectivity, recognition as an educational hub, and the presence of a highly skilled IT workforce make Dehradun an ideal choice.
Speaking about the office launch, the Honorable Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami, stated, “The diligent efforts made by the government over the years have transformed Uttarakhand into a coveted destination for IT and ITeS companies. In a dedication to talent development, Hexaware is not only engaging experienced IT professionals to serve its global clientele but also identifying individuals with strong communication skills and foundational IT expertise. These individuals will undergo training to become integral members of the Global Shared Services monitoring and management team, thereby enriching Hexaware’s workforce with a diverse range of skill sets.
