Job Responsibility For HR Payroll – Junior Manager Role

  • Payroll Processing: You will be responsible for accurately processing payroll for employees, ensuring that all wages, deductions, and benefits are calculated correctly and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This includes verifying timesheets, computing salaries, and addressing any payroll-related discrepancies or issues.
  • Employee Data Management: You will maintain and update employee records in the payroll system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. This involves entering new employee information, updating changes in salary, position, or benefits, and processing terminations or transfers.
  • Benefits Administration: You will assist in administering employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management. This includes enrollment, documentation, coordination with vendors, and resolving any employee queries related to benefits.
  • Compliance and Reporting: You will ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations pertaining to payroll and benefits. This includes staying up to date with changes in laws, preparing payroll reports, tax filings, and other required documentation for audits or regulatory purposes.
  • Employee Communication: You will communicate with employees regarding payroll-related matters, including explaining payroll policies, answering inquiries, and resolving any payroll-related concerns promptly and professionally.
