  • Guest Reception: Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a positive first impression. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
  • Reservations and Booking: Manage reservations and bookings, either in person, over the phone, or through online platforms. Assist guests in securing accommodations, providing information about room availability, rates, and amenities.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and courteously. Ensure that guests have all the information they need for a comfortable stay, including details about the hotel’s facilities and services.
