Wipro Walkin – US Mortgage Responsibilities
- Loan Officer: Loan officers work with borrowers to guide them through the mortgage application process. They assess the financial situation of applicants, explain various loan options, and help them choose the most suitable mortgage product.
- Mortgage Underwriter: Underwriters evaluate mortgage applications to determine the risk associated with lending to a particular borrower. They review financial documents, credit histories, and property appraisals to make lending decisions and ensure compliance with lending regulations.
- Loan Processor: Loan processors support the mortgage origination process by collecting and organizing the documentation required for loan applications. They work closely with borrowers, loan officers, and underwriters to ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

- Content Review: Review user-generated content, including text, images, videos, and audio, to assess its compliance with platform policies and standards.
- Policy Enforcement: Enforce community guidelines, terms of service, and content policies by removing or taking action against content that violates platform rules, such as hate speech, harassment, violence, or explicit material.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks associated with user-generated content, such as misinformation, defamation, copyright infringement, or illegal activities, and take appropriate actions to mitigate those risks.
- User Support: Provide support to users who have questions or concerns about content moderation decisions, and assist them in understanding and adhering to platform policies.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of content moderation decisions by conducting quality assurance checks and audits, and providing feedback to content moderators as needed.
