Genpact off Campus Drive 2023 – Responsibilities for Assistant Manager Role

  • Understand, customize, and optimize the entire campaign management process, to include new campaign requirements, production execution and quality control
  • Configure journeys, including Data Sources, Events and Actions
  • Build, test and orchestrate omnichannel Journeys and deliver personalized offers including personalization and dynamic content across different channels (email, SMS, Push)
  • Expert level understanding of the different built-in actions to send messages designed in Journey Optimizer or create custom actions if a third-party system is being used to send messages
  • Performs day-to-day marketing activities including, campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns
  • Build API’s, Data Model, Data Schemas, Input form, Delivery templates, webapp, Coupon, Message center, IP whitelisting and User management
  • Ability to investigate and troubleshoot issues in Adobe campaign & Journey Optimizer workflows
  • Designing custom formula fields, workflows, field validation rules, and approval processes for automated alerts, field updates, and email generation
  • Responsible for the development in Adobe Campaign which included creation of schemas, input forms and workflows
  • Provide technical assistance to team members on issues and logic of the campaign
  • Develop end-to-end solutions for complex campaigns (with potential optimization testing) to deliver personalized customer communications (social & email)
  • Design & Develop A/B tests and personalization functionality utilizing Adobe Target
  • Maintain best practices for Marketing Automation Platforms, including troubleshooting, naming conventions, list management, etc.
