- Responding to Inquiries: Addressing customer inquiries, questions, and concerns through various communication channels such as phone, email, live chat, or social media.

- Financial Planning: Developing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to guide the organization’s financial activities and decision-making.
- Capital Management: Managing the organization’s capital structure, including raising funds, optimizing debt and equity, and assessing investment opportunities.
- Financial Reporting: Preparing accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in compliance with accounting standards.
