BDO India Mega off campus Drive – Roles & Responsibilities For Assistant – Due Diligence
- Support the Partner and Director in practice related matters.
- Carry out project related operational tasks such as:
- Collate all the data for Conflict of Interest (COI) checks
- Running all the COIs and keep a record of it.
- Opening of job codes and mapping of team members on the project in the system.
- Fortnightly collation of billings/pending billings, collections, and trade receivables.
- Maintaining proposal tracker, actual Vs budgeted tracker, assignment trackers.
- Maintain a record of manual transfer of credits done and pending to be done to the other service lines.

- Reconciliation and follow-up of TDS with credit control on real time basis.
- Responsible for preparing basis working TDS payment monthly and TDS returns data quarterly.
- Responsible to handle firm level data with utmost confidentiality.
- Responsible for communication and data sharing of TDS within the firm.
- Responsible to communicate with other teams based on TDS recon and follow-up.
- Candidate is expected to improvise and bring creative approach to his/her work for better work optimisation and utilising time in efficient manner.
