• Developing dashboards & automating reports with regards to the HR data. (HR Data – Productivity, hiring tracking, cost data, expense tracking, incentive tracking etc.)
• Ensure correct data entry and share for further analytics
• Provide excellent reporting and analytical information support.
• Responsible for Daily / Weekly / Monthly Secondary MIS to HR.
• Make timely MIS and reports on defined key metrices
• Maintain reports & spreadsheets for historical data
• Participate in cross-functional meetings with Business and relevant HR stakeholders like TA, HR Ops etc.

• Ability to see trends and patterns in data and translate data into decisions is required
• 1 – 3 years work experience in MIS reporting & Macros
• The ability to develop and maintain effective communication with external and internal partners is required
