- Participate in Performance Tests, Load tests and Chaos test on NFT environment – Identify bottlenecks and contribute to environment stability
- Run the production/ Demo/NFT environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health.
- Improve reliability, quality, and MTTR.
- Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large-scale distributed/Micro-service software applications.
- Measure and optimize system performance, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating for continual improvement.

- Proactive approach to identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Quick Troubleshooting and resolution within defined MTTR of NFT/Production environment issues.
- Ability to de-bug program (structured and OOP) using one or more high-level languages, such as Python, Java, C/C++, Ruby, and JavaScript.
- Effective troubleshooting, analytical skills and ability to manage complex and work under pressure.
- Experience in Unix/Linux, SQL and any tomcat-based application is desirable
- Experience of working in a global organization and servicing high value/global customers in different geographical locations.
- Exposure to Logging and Telemetry tool for monitoring.
