- Coordinate and arrange travel itineraries for employees or clients.
- Book flights, hotels, transportation, and other travel-related services.
- Consider budget constraints and cost-effective options when making travel arrangements.
- Monitor and manage travel expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Reconcile and process travel-related expenses, including receipts and invoices.

- Interfaces with customers, clients and vendors, and escalates areas of concern to the appropriated supervisory staff
- Attends assigned training sessions for further improvement in client and customer satisfaction, client information and job performance
