What You Will Be Doing As Sales Executives

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers through various methods such as cold calling, email marketing, networking, and attending industry events. Generate leads and create a pipeline of potential customers.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Zoho Corporation’s software solutions and highlight their features and benefits. Effectively communicate the value proposition and address customer needs and concerns.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Understand their business requirements, challenges, and goals, and provide appropriate solutions to meet their needs. Nurture long-term relationships to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
  • Sales Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to secure sales. Handle objections, address concerns, and provide persuasive arguments to close deals.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize leads and opportunities in the sales pipeline. Track sales activities, update customer information in the CRM system, and follow up on leads in a timely manner. Monitor and report on sales metrics and progress towards targets.
