What You Will Be Doing As Engineering Operations Analyst

• Familiarize yourself with how customers use InSight® and stay up to date as new features are deployed.
• Monitor platform capacity, customer usage, and other performance metrics of the application.
• Recommend, design, and implement new alerts to improve platform stability and customer experience.
• Report on application usage, resource capacity, and other key performance indicators.
• Advocate for application changes and improvements.
• Application Incident Reporting & Customer Communication
• File and track new incidents from discovery through deployment.
• Support Application Engineering investigations into new incidents and alerts.

Skills Required for Engineering Operations Analyst

• Proficiency in engineering principles and concepts related to operations and project management.
• Knowledge of industry-specific tools and software used for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with engineering documentation and processes.
