What You Will Be Doing As An Order Management & Billing Specialist

  • Billing and Invoicing: Generate and send invoices to customers based on order details and pricing agreements. Ensure accurate billing and resolve any discrepancies or billing errors promptly.
  • Order Tracking and Status Updates: Monitor the status of orders and proactively provide updates to customers regarding order progress, shipment tracking, and delivery timelines. Address any inquiries or concerns related to order status.
  • Customer Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding order-related inquiries, billing questions, and issue resolution. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to queries and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation of order details, invoices, and customer interactions. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations.
