Job Responsibility For Network Operations Center Analyst Role
- Working in a large-scale environment under minimal supervision performing tasks per predefined documented procedures
- Monitoring interfaces and devices, domestic and global via a performance monitoring solution
- Working with third party vendors and onsite contacts both during routine deployment and outages providing first level troubleshooting and problem resolution including defined escalation processes.
- Providing and Auditing security access, as well as documenting.
- Ensuring escalations are handled in a professional, consistent, and relentless manner.
Job Responsibility For Equipment Engineer Role
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers and manage detailed engineering phase.
- Assess purchase order technical requirements, and ensure proposed technical solutions meet or exceed the contract specifications and Company’s best practices.
- Develop detailed engineering solutions to accommodate system requirements based on mass transfer efficiency and hydraulic operating capacity.
- Define the Equipment design requirements for effective installation and support of the mass transfer equipment at the system operating conditions.
- Develop internal specifications in the form of Datasheets and sketches in AutoCAD to convey key design parameters to the drafting department for each engineered to order project.

Skills Required For The Post
- Basic knowledge of Windows Servers, DHCP, and DNS.
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge in Fluid dynamics, mass transfer and Distillation
