Job Responsibility For Territory Sales Manager/ TCS Mass Retail / TCS Broadband / TCS Prepaid / TCS Rural Prepaid / TCS LCO Role

  • Sales Target Achievement: Setting and achieving sales targets for the assigned territory by effectively managing and expanding the customer base.
  • Territory Management: Planning and executing strategies to maximize sales and market share in the assigned territory. This includes identifying potential customers, analyzing market trends, and developing action plans.
  • Channel Management: Managing relationships with channel partners such as distributors, retailers, and local cable operators (LCOs). Providing necessary support, training, and guidance to drive sales and increase market penetration.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitoring competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions. Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and implementing strategies accordingly.
  • Team Management: Leading and motivating a team of sales executives or field sales representatives. Providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity and achievement of sales targets.
