What You Will Be Doing As Customer Support Role

  • Receive inbound concierge messages (via app, email, SMS, etc.) from consumers to help answer questions and resolve any issues
  • Use customer support software to resolve tickets, including Click-Up, Slack, Jira, and other internal tools
  • Empathize with customers that are experiencing issues and help them navigate our app to their satisfaction
  • Maintain growing library of answers to FAQs and other common tickets
  • Relay product enhancement opportunities to cross-functional teams based on ticket patterns that arise
  • Explore future customer support tools and best practices that could help elevate our ticket management process
