What you will be doing as Customer Service Associate

  • Customer Assistance: Assist customers by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests through various channels, such as phone, email, live chat, or in-person. Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Problem Resolution: Listen actively to customer issues and concerns, empathize with their situation, and work towards finding appropriate solutions. Analyze problems, troubleshoot technical issues, escalate complex problems when necessary, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution.
  • Order Processing and Tracking: Process customer orders, including taking orders over the phone or online, verifying information, and entering orders into the system accurately. Track order status, shipping information, and delivery schedules to provide customers with updates.
