What you will be doing as Customer Service Associate

  • Customer Assistance: Assist customers by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests through various channels, such as phone, email, live chat, or in-person. Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Problem Resolution: Listen actively to customer issues and concerns, empathize with their situation, and work towards finding appropriate solutions.
