What you will be doing as Airport Counter Executive?
- Check-In and Boarding Assistance: Assisting passengers with the check-in process, including verifying travel documents, issuing boarding passes, and assigning seats. Providing guidance and instructions for boarding procedures, security checks, and baggage drop-off.
- Baggage Handling: Ensuring proper handling of passengers’ baggage, including tagging, weighing, and ensuring compliance with baggage regulations. Assisting passengers with oversized or special baggage requirements.
- Customer Inquiry Handling: Responding to passenger inquiries, providing information about flight schedules, airport facilities, airline policies, and any other relevant information to ensure a pleasant travel experience.
- Ticketing and Reservation Support: Assisting passengers with ticketing, reservations, and flight changes. Addressing booking-related inquiries, cancellations, and refunds as per airline guidelines.
- Customer Assistance and Problem Resolution: Handling customer concerns, complaints, and special assistance requests. Resolving issues related to flight delays, cancellations, missed connections, or other travel-related problems in a prompt and courteous manner.
