What You Will Be Doing As Non-Voice Process

  • Responding to Customer Queries: You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, concerns, or issues via written communication channels. This may involve providing information, troubleshooting problems, or offering solutions to customer queries or complaints.
  • Email Management: Handling customer emails efficiently and professionally is a key aspect of the Non-Voice Process. You will be expected to draft clear and concise responses, adhering to company guidelines and maintaining a friendly and helpful tone.
  • Live Chat Support: If the Non-Voice Process involves live chat support, you will engage in real-time conversations with customers, assisting them with their questions or concerns. This requires prompt responses, multitasking skills, and the ability to provide accurate information quickly.
  • Ticket Management: Some Non-Voice Processes may involve ticketing systems, where you receive and manage customer requests or issues through a tracking system. You would need to prioritize and address tickets in a timely manner, ensuring resolution and maintaining proper documentation.
