ABOUT THE COMPANY

Job Responsibility For Sales Executive Role

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively seeking new business opportunities by identifying potential clients or customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research. Generating leads and building a robust pipeline of potential prospects.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing relationships with existing clients to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide solutions. Maintaining regular communication to ensure client satisfaction, identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities, and promote long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conducting product or service presentations, demonstrations, and sales pitches to prospects. Showcasing the value proposition, benefits, and features of the offerings. Tailoring presentations to address specific client needs and pain points.
  • Sales Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with potential clients to secure deals and close sales. Understanding client requirements, addressing objections, and highlighting the value of the products or services to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, prospect interactions, and opportunities in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Generating regular sales reports and providing forecasts to the sales manager or team.

Job Responsibility For Sourcing Analyst Role

  • Supplier Identification and Evaluation: Researching and identifying potential suppliers or vendors based on specific sourcing needs and requirements. Evaluating supplier capabilities, capacity, quality standards, financial stability, and overall suitability.
  • Request for Proposal (RFP) Management: Developing and managing the RFP process, including creating comprehensive RFP documents, distributing them to potential suppliers, and coordinating the evaluation and selection process. Analyzing vendor proposals and recommending the most suitable suppliers based on predetermined criteria.
  • Contract Negotiation and Management: Collaborating with legal and procurement teams to negotiate favorable terms and conditions in contracts with selected suppliers. Ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards. Monitoring and managing supplier contracts throughout their lifecycle.
  • Supplier Performance Monitoring: Tracking and evaluating supplier performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs). Conducting regular supplier performance reviews and addressing any performance issues or deviations from agreed-upon standards.
  • Cost Analysis and Savings Initiatives: Conducting cost analysis and cost modeling to identify potential cost-saving opportunities and optimize sourcing strategies. Working closely with finance and procurement teams to drive cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality or service levels.
