What You Will Be Doing As Front Office Executive?
- Reception and Greeting: You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees entering the office. Greeting and welcoming them in a professional and friendly manner will be part of your daily responsibilities.
- Managing Phone Calls: Answering and directing incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals or departments within the organization. You will be responsible for maintaining clear and effective communication channels.
- Administrative Support: Assisting with administrative tasks such as handling incoming and outgoing mail, managing courier services, maintaining office supplies, and organizing appointments and meetings.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Managing conference room bookings and coordinating schedules to ensure smooth operations within the office. This may involve scheduling meetings, arranging travel accommodations, and preparing necessary materials.
- Visitor Assistance: Assisting visitors by providing them with necessary information, directions, and guidance. You will ensure a positive experience for clients, guests, and employees who visit the office.

What You Will Be Doing As Account Manager ?
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their real estate requirements, and acting as their primary point of contact. You will be responsible for fostering trust, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Account Planning and Strategy: Developing account plans and strategies in collaboration with clients to align their real estate goals with Cushman & Wakefield’s services. This may involve conducting needs assessments, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for value-added services.
- Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing client accounts by cross-selling and upselling Cushman & Wakefield’s services. You will be responsible for expanding the scope of services provided to clients and maximizing revenue generation.
- Project Management: Overseeing the execution of real estate projects, including leasing, property management, or advisory services. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects within budget and scope.
- Financial Management: Monitoring and managing the financial aspects of client accounts, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will work closely with finance teams to ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and contract compliance.
- Contract Negotiation: Collaborating with clients to negotiate contract terms, including service agreements, lease terms, or project scopes. You will ensure that contracts are mutually beneficial, meet client expectations, and comply with company policies and standards.
