What You Will Be Doing As Order Processor Operations Associates?
- Order Processing: Efficiently and accurately processing customer orders received through various channels, such as online platforms or email. This includes reviewing order details, verifying customization requirements, and ensuring accurate entry of information into the order management system.
- Customer Communication: Engaging with customers to confirm order details, address inquiries or concerns, and provide updates on order status. You will serve as a point of contact for customers, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the order fulfillment process.
