What You Will Be Doing As Business Development Manager?

  • Identifying and prospecting potential clients: You will be responsible for researching and identifying potential clients who could benefit from Bigshare Services’ shareholder services and technology solutions. This involves conducting market research, attending industry events, and networking to build a strong pipeline of leads.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships: Once you have identified potential clients, you will need to establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers. This involves understanding their business needs, presenting relevant solutions, and effectively communicating the value proposition of Bigshare Services.
  • Conducting sales presentations and negotiations: You will be responsible for delivering compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of Bigshare Services’ offerings. You will also engage in negotiations to secure new business contracts, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement for both parties.
  • Collaborating with internal teams: As a Business Development Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams within Bigshare Services, such as marketing, operations, and technology. Collaboration is essential to ensure smooth implementation of new client accounts and to address any client-specific requirements.

What You Will Be Doing As PO Process Manager?

  • IPO planning and strategy: You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive plan and strategy for executing successful IPOs. This includes determining the timeline, coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Documentation and regulatory compliance: IPOs involve a significant amount of documentation and regulatory compliance. As the IPO Process Manager, you will oversee the preparation and review of all necessary documents, such as prospectuses, offering circulars, and legal agreements. You will ensure compliance with regulatory bodies such as the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
  • Coordinating with external agencies and professionals: During the IPO process, you will work closely with external agencies, such as legal firms, auditors, underwriters, and market intermediaries. Your role will involve coordinating with these agencies to ensure seamless collaboration and adherence to project timelines.
  • Investor relations management: As part of the IPO process, you will be responsible for managing investor relations. This includes organizing investor roadshows, addressing investor queries, and maintaining effective communication between the company and potential investors.
  • Risk management and issue resolution: IPOs can involve various risks and challenges. Your role will require identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. Additionally, you will need to address any issues or concerns that may arise during the IPO process, ensuring smooth execution and timely resolution.

Skills Required for the job

  • IPO Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of the end-to-end IPO process, including regulatory requirements, documentation, compliance, and best practices. Knowledge of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) guidelines and regulations is essential.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple IPO projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, coordinating with various stakeholders, and effectively managing resources. Strong organizational and planning skills are crucial for successful project execution.
  • Financial Acumen: A solid understanding of financial concepts, such as valuation, financial modeling, capital markets, and investor relations. Familiarity with financial statements and accounting principles is essential to assess the financial health of client companies going public.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are vital for interacting with clients, external agencies, and stakeholders. Effective negotiation skills are necessary for securing agreements, resolving issues, and managing expectations.
