Job Responsibility For Helpdesk Associate Role
- First Point of Contact: Serve as the initial point of contact for users seeking technical assistance, either via phone, email, chat, or in person. Respond promptly and professionally to user inquiries and provide guidance accordingly.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by users, including hardware, software, network, or application-related problems. Utilize available resources and knowledge base to provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Documentation and Ticketing: Maintain accurate records of user interactions and technical issues in a ticketing system. Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and relevant information to ensure proper tracking and future reference.
- Remote Support: Provide remote assistance to users by remotely accessing their systems to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Guide users through troubleshooting steps and ensure proper resolution of their problems.
- User Training and Education: Assist users in understanding and effectively using various software applications, systems, and technologies. Provide basic training, tips, and guidance to enhance users’ technical skills and knowledge.
Job Responsibility For Java Front End Role
- User Interface Development: Collaborate with designers and UX/UI teams to translate design mock-ups and wireframes into interactive and responsive web interfaces. Write clean, efficient, and modular code using Java and front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Front-End Frameworks: Utilize front-end frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js to build dynamic and interactive web applications. Implement and customize UI components, handle data bindings, and manage application state.
