PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE for Officer -Phone Banking
1.Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer queries related to banking products, account transactions, and other services.
2.Ensure customer concerns are addressed with empathy and professionalism to enhance customer loyalty.
Sales and Cross-Selling 3.Identify opportunities to promote and sell suitable banking products and services during customer interactions.
4.Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.
5.Handle a high volume of customer calls efficiently while adhering to call center performance metrics (e.g., Average Handling Time, First Call Resolution).
REQUIREMENT for Officer -Phone Banking
