What You Will Be Doing As Retail Associate?

• Financial Recordkeeping: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organization. This includes recording transactions, verifying their accuracy, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and policies.
• Financial Reporting: You will prepare and analyze financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. These reports provide valuable insights into the financial health of the company and help with decision-making.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: As an Accountant II, you will collaborate with other departments to develop and manage budgets. This involves forecasting financial outcomes, monitoring expenses, and analyzing budget variances.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: You will oversee accounts payable functions, including processing invoices, making payments to vendors, and reconciling statements. Additionally, you will handle accounts receivable tasks, such as invoicing customers, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding balances

What You Will Be Doing As Tele Caller?

• Responsible for end to end Process development & Growth of used car dealers
• Coordinate with dealers over the phone & also to help them with any problem which they might
• be facing with the process.
• Ability to multitask and take data based decisions.

What You Will Be Doing As Retail & Sales Professionals?

• Customer Engagement: You will interact with customers visiting the Cars24 Car Buying Hubs or browsing the online platform. This includes greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing information about Cars24’s services and offerings.
• Sales and Consultation: As a Retail & Sales Professional, you will guide customers through the car selling or buying process. This involves explaining Cars24’s services, answering customer queries, providing guidance on pricing, and assisting customers in making informed decisions.
• Car Evaluation and Inspection: You may be responsible for evaluating and inspecting vehicles brought in by customers for selling. This includes assessing the condition of the car, conducting necessary checks, and using Cars24’s evaluation guidelines to determine a fair price.
• Negotiation and Pricing: Based on the evaluation, you may engage in negotiation with customers to finalize the selling price. Your role may involve explaining the pricing rationale, addressing customer concerns, and reaching a mutually beneficial agreement.
• Paperwork and Documentation: As part of the sales process, you will handle paperwork and documentation, including ownership transfer, vehicle registration, and other necessary legal requirements. Ensuring accurate and timely completion of paperwork is essential.
