What You Will Be Doing As Channel Operations Analysts?
- Act as first line of review for all deal registrations submitted by our partners
- Respond to partner inquiries related to program requirements, incentive claims, partner portal issues, training requirements, and other partner inquiries.
- Receive and respond to requests to become a Netskope partner by managing the vetting process and enforcing CPI regulated requirements.
- Assist with tracking and reporting of incentives and programs as needed
- Weekly data cleansing of partner accounts, partner account ownership, partner status, etc.
- Train and support distribution partners on quoting and ordering processes
- Renewals reporting for partners
- Creating quotes for partners
