What You Will Be Doing As Data Specialist
- Provide administrative system support on RFP tools;
- Manage and prepare bid information updates to tools and client specific programs via various sources (email, RFP system or by phone);
- Serve as a support desk to assist customers/bidders with inquiries related to RFP tool and resolve technical issues;
- Serve as support desk for on-going program maintenance for client specific data, providing systems and process support;
- Correct errors or discrepancies for client specific programs in third party tools and/or databases;
- Complete & QC a variety of raw and processed data feeds, spreadsheets and other templates provided by internal stakeholders;
- Accurately consolidate various data feeds into spreadsheets and templates;
- Maintain data integrity of reports to research, add and update missing data components in files when requested;
- Maintain data integrity of systems to research, verify and update information required for tools and databases;
- Generate, QC and deliver a variety of Audit & OBT extract reports from Advito and 3rd party Tools;
- Serve as a support desk to assist with creation of OBT extracts and assist program managers and clients with inquiries related to their extracts and booking tools;
- Respond to incoming supplier requests and inquiries directly via telephone and email;
- Complete pre-staging of internal and third-party tools;
- Align with project teams in calls around strategies, key objectives and success metrics, maintaining clear communication and ensure on-time completion of deliverables;
- Respond to ad-hoc requests from consultants and analysts;

Skills Required for Data Specialist
