What you will be doing as HR -Internship?
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews. Help maintain applicant tracking systems and assist in drafting job descriptions.
- Onboarding and Orientation: Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation programs. Prepare and distribute welcome materials, help with paperwork completion, and facilitate introductions to the team.
- Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives by assisting in organizing events, surveys, and recognition programs. Help promote a positive work culture and contribute to enhancing employee morale.
- HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR department, such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and organizing employee files. Help with HR-related documentation, such as preparing employment contracts, letters, and policies.
- Training and Development: Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for employees. Help with coordinating logistics, scheduling sessions, and managing training materials.
