What you will be doing as Field Sales Officers?

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: You will be responsible for identifying potential customers and generating leads through various methods such as cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking, and referrals.
  • Product Knowledge: You need to have a thorough understanding of the products or services offered by your company. This includes knowing their features, benefits, and how they compare to competitors’ offerings.
  • Customer Engagement and Relationship Building: As a Field Sales Officer, you will interact directly with customers to understand their needs, address any questions or concerns, and build strong relationships. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building trust and rapport with customers.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: You will conduct sales presentations or demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of your company’s products or services. This involves effectively communicating the value proposition and addressing customer objections.
