What you will be doing as Team Leader Operations
- Need to manage outbound sales process wherein team members will be assigned under the Team Leader
- Need to engage with the team to increase agent productivity, sales numbers & utilization and ensure sales targets are met
- Need to interact with customers, as and when need arises
- Regular interaction with clients and internal stake holders at Allianz Partners
- Need to work and coordinate with different teams at Allianz Partners to derive the end results
- Take up and address the team issues and escalate appropriately
- Achieve KPIs / Targets assigned to team every week/month/year with quality
- Publish various reports internally & externally as per requirements within stipulated timelines
- Maintain process hygiene and team spirit
- Responsible for achieving Online Sales target through platforms assigned
- Work as a team player to achieve the common goal of the process & organization along with attrition and shrinkage
- Should be able to handle the pressure situations during peak volumes and stretch beyond shift hours as and when required
- Proactively work and highlight the scope of improvement for the betterment of process
- Sound knowledge of selling insurance products via outbound sales Call Center is a must
