What you will be doing as Customer Service?

  • Customer Support: Responding to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally. This may include handling phone calls, emails, live chats, or in-person interactions.
  • Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving customer issues and complaints effectively. This involves active listening, asking probing questions to understand the problem, and providing appropriate solutions or escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams if necessary.
  • Product or Service Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of your organization’s products, services, policies, and processes to provide accurate information to customers. This includes staying updated with any changes or updates and being able to explain features, benefits, and usage instructions clearly.
  • Order Processing and Tracking: Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and providing order status updates. This includes ensuring accuracy in processing orders, coordinating with relevant departments, and addressing any delays or issues.
  • Communication: Communicating effectively and professionally with customers using clear and concise language. This includes active listening, empathizing with customers’ concerns, and adapting communication style to meet the needs of different customers.
