What you will be doing as Voice Process

  • Receiving and handling customer calls: Answering incoming calls from customers, listening to their concerns, inquiries, or requests, and providing assistance or appropriate information.
  • Resolving customer issues: Working to troubleshoot and resolve customer problems or complaints, following established guidelines or protocols, and striving to provide satisfactory solutions.
  • Providing product or service information: Offering accurate and up-to-date details about products, services, pricing, features, and other relevant information to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Recording and documenting interactions: Documenting customer interactions, including the nature of the inquiry, the actions taken, and any additional notes or details that may be relevant for future reference or analysis.
  • Escalating complex issues: Identifying issues that require further expertise or higher-level assistance and escalating them to the appropriate department or individual for resolution.
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction: Ensuring a positive customer experience by actively listening, displaying empathy, being patient, and demonstrating effective communication skills.
  • Adhering to policies and procedures: Following organizational guidelines, protocols, and scripts to maintain consistency and ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Collaborating with team members: Working with colleagues and supervisors to address customer concerns, share knowledge and best practices, and contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
